Q: Where does High Ten accept orders from?

A: We are able to accept orders within the 48 continental United States as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Q: How will I know if my order is confirmed?

A: You will receive a confirmation email once your order is fulfilled.

 

Q: Can I make changes to my online order?

A: Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You will have 30 days after your purchase has been made. You will receive a store credit for your return. 

Q: When is my order shipped?

A: Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days after your purchase has been made. 

 

Q: How can I track the status of my order?

A:Once your order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Q: What if I place an order and High Ten doesn't have the item in stock?

A: While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear in your shipping confirmation email. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept back orders at this time.

Sales, promotions and discounts may not be applicable to all sizes, colors or styles. Quantities are limited; no rain checks will be issued. Offers are not valid on previously purchased merchandise or purchases of gift cards.
